About the Artist
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Karlie Donaldson, I am an Australian visual artist hailing from Yuin lands, Mystery Bay on the South Coast. Creating art has been a huge part of my life since my first crayon scribble and I love to explore new ways to express myself and my interests in all my works.
Whether fun make-believe scenes, exchanges between created characters, or captured moments of reverence for the natural world and animals, I choose to portray colourful, and beautiful images that aim to bring joy and invite people to open their imaginations and hearts to the simple, spectacular beauty of life.
I love to create in a range of mediums and so running workshops and events where I could share that passion was a natural step. I am overjoyed to see participants at my workshops expanding their skills and developing their own love of visual arts.
